Do you want to carry a concealed handgun legally?

If so, you must complete an 11-hour training course through a certified Texas Department of Public Safety Firearms Instructor.   We offer the training you need so you can apply for a license to "Pack Your Heat."

Due to the seriousness of this law, a concealed handgun permit holder must know and understand the TEXAS CONCELEAED HANDGUN (Concealed Carry) Law, as well as Chapter 9 (Force and Deadly Force) of the Texas Penal Code.

My name is Christopher A. Bila. I will provide you with classroom instruction on Non-Violent Dispute Resolution, Chapter 9 Use of Deadly Force, and all applicable laws permitting when and where you may carry a concealed handgun under Texas Law.  I am a veteran handgun instructor and will provide detailed instruction on every aspect of the course taught.  My training uses state-of-the-art instruction methods including the best custom developed Concealed Handgun Presentation in Microsoft® PowerPoint.  Through a network of CHL Instructors throughout Texas, the Microsoft® PowerPoint presentation was developed in an effort to teach private citizens more effectively than through the State Developed written manual alone.
